A.D. Ventures news release

A.D. Ventures announces, via the internet, the first ever public release on video of Edison’s 1910 film version of Mary Shelley’s Frankenstein & the 1922 film version of Murnau’s Nosferatu, based on Bram Stoker’s novel Dracula, in a back to back feature celebrating the 200th anniversary of Mary Shelley’s Birth.

The May 5th, 1980 American Film Institute’s 10 most important lost films list, showed the 1910 version of Frankenstein to be the oldest film on that list.
